There are jobs that are a bit short vacation. With perfect weather (not that this would play a major role in a food shoot, but it's just more comfortable) went the journey first by car into the Glarus region, then the funicular railway to the car-free Braunwald high, and there was me and my equipment finally kindly transported with this fun vehicle to your destination:
Once there - in beautiful surroundings and fantastic views - I had the honor of designing some beautiful creations of gourmet chef Beat Schittenhelm in the prestigious chalet to photograph maple Braunwald. And if one or another reader now the mouth water runs at the sight of the pictures, then I have achieved my goal
