International Food Photography Day - what it does not have everything! Yesterday at the shooting ufpc smallwares Queens (brilliant name, and also really good, as Two-in-One. Two of my favorite bloggers have come together here to write about photography) I, clear, pounced on the task and, in exceptional cases, directly shot in the kitchen. Normally I take pictures not in the kitchen. The light is not ideal, space is limited, even though we have a large kitchen, also is the Fotokram permanently rum in the way. Here is the recipe, it's really very, very simple: 400 g mushrooms 1 onion, sliced 3 cloves garlic, pressed a little oil for frying salt, pepper, a shot of balsamic vinegar, a dash of cream Flatbread
Oil in the pan heat up and cook the onions until translucent. Add the mushrooms, either in whole if they are small, or sliced to give, and fry on high heat while stirring. Attention, here you have to stop there, otherwise it will burn.
Once the mushrooms ufpc smallwares are brown, deglaze with a little cream and balsamic, now only give the garlic - if it is roasted at high heat, it will turn brown and bitter -, turn down heat and let simmer for about 3.4 minutes even further. Until the boiled cream. Salts, peppers and serve with pita bread.
