SvD post today that there apparently is no conflict of interest in TPB target when it comes up in the Court of Appeal. That was interesting. The gist of it all is well that you considered whether it is a conflict of interest that dommarna in advance has allied itself with one of the parties in the case. Unfortunately, however practice would be to not consider this to be a conflict of interest because it did not consider it a conflict of interest earlier times it happened. This is well glaring example of why Sweden with his non-existent level of general corruption lacks mechanisms to really hear such accusations. Sweden is a small country where everyone knows everyone, is on everyone's events and worked in all areas. food by design "Conflict of interest" is something quite unknown for the Judiciary (other than the very obvious, like family ties to those involved). Since today's senior judge appointed by the government alone. food by design No transparency from parliament, bar associations, prosecutors or others. In other words, learn to judge with career aspirations quickly find and do right. But to offer judges (and why not prosecutors also) education about copyright is an excellent idea.
