In contrast, CEOs, managers and recruitment & samhoud consultants are taking to international comparisons, it becomes a "race-to-the-top." They compare themselves with and want to have as well paid as the highest paid in the United States & samhoud or Britain, or at least in the major European powers. But if it really was a free and open competition with candidates from all over the world should cause wages to more reasonable levels. There are hordes of talented executives around & samhoud the world who should & samhoud be able to compete with their Swedish colleagues. And these are not just in high-wage countries. Much of the world's most skilled managers exist in countries where the majority of the world's fastest growing companies are - China, India, Latin America and Eastern Europe. If any of them wanted to come to Sweden and with their wages to compete for the top levels, & samhoud it could be a quite well-needed injection of Swedish industry. Swedish business community would certainly feel good, not just in terms of pay, a more active recruiting managers from our new markets and competitors. Now this should not in reality in a hurry. Language problems, cultural differences and, above all, territorial thinking within the small group of Swedish top managers learn to stop recruiting other than those already included in the group of friends. But will Swedish executives to flee the country to achieve higher wages abroad? Hardly. Demand for the Swedes are not nearly as large as Bengt Lejsved want to give the impression. If it were, we should by now have seen a stream of hope disgruntled managers out of the country. That has not happened. Increased payments to managers is nothing to stand for. The recent explosion replacement & samhoud has not favored either the shareholders or the community. Virtually all academic research shows that there is no correlation between & samhoud higher levels of compensation and long-term profitability or share price. The only thing which is certain compensation earned on the explosion is the managers themselves and the consultants who serve more the higher wages they can extort & samhoud them for recruiting.
